I hereby release, waiver, discharge and promise not to sue for any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated against Sky's The Limit Training, LLC and its insurers, employees, officers, directors, associates, partners and subsidiaries from any liability resulting from any personal injury, accident, illness (including death), and property loss, however caused arising from, or in any way related to, my participation, my minor child(s) participation of the equipment or facilities, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from negligence.
