Backyard Mission Trip Application 2019
The Findlay Ministerial Association and many congregations and organizations in Hancock County will serve our neighbors on Saturday, April 27, 2019.

If you have a home repair or maintenance project with which volunteers can support your family or organization, please complete the form below and submit it to Becky Greeno at the Municipal Building Lobby Dropbox, 318 Dorney Plaza, by Friday, April 12, 2019. To reach her by phone, call 419-379-4903.

If your project is chosen, someone will contact you before the event to visit your home and discuss your project, including materials needed and times the team will be available to work. The contact person will be your contact person up until the day of the Backyard Mission Trip.

Projects are prioritized by health, safety and accessibility. Based on donations, volunteers and complexity, your request in part or its entirety may be denied. If your project is too large or complicated to be completed in one day, your application may be forwarded to Habitat for Humanity’s Home Repair Program for consideration.

Please understand that those involved in the Backyard Mission are all volunteers and that both time and financial resources are limited. They serve with gratitude and grace, but acknowledge that not all tasks may be completed on the workday.

For more information, call Becky Greeno at 419-379-4903 or share written communication with her at Municipal Building Lobby Dropbox, 318 Dorney Plaza.

By submitting your application, you consent to your information being posted on the Backyard Mission Trip spreadsheet. We will limit access to the spreadsheet to the leadership group, team leaders and church liaisons, but other persons may have access to your information.
