All registrants understand, and acknowledge, that they are entering into a legally binding contract and by submitting this form you are bound to pay registration fees in full. Up until 2 weeks prior to the start of a league, should you be unable to participate then you must notify Game On in writing and a full refund will be issued, less our administrative charge (please see "FAQs" section of our website). Refunds will only be issued per our Refund Policy (please see "FAQs" section of our website. All registrations received less than 2 weeks from the start date are due in full at the time of registration. Refunds will only be issued as outlined in the "FAQS" section of our website. Payment
Payment for all registration fees is due at time of submitting your registration form.  Game On accepts cash or cheque payments, as well as e-transfer and PayPal payments.  If you are paying via e-Transfer or PayPal, please note that our payment address is payment@gameonguelph.ca.  All cheques must be made out to "Game On Sports & Entertainment".  If paying by cheque, please mail payment to 998 Edinburgh Road South, Guelph, ON, N1G 5H2. Taxes are included in the above prices.
