Please Read:

Who should fill this out?
1) If you had your photo done on fall day but you would like a retake photo taken (please note your yearbook shot (Pose 1) on retake day will automatically overwrite your yearbook photo taken on the first day; this can not be reverted).

2) If your child was absent on photo day or is new to the school since the regular photo day.

3) If you child was photographed on retake day but you did not register. Please register within 3 days of the session so that you receive your password via text. All retake proofs are delivered digitally only this year so you must register your phone number to view them.

Please fill out ONE form per student. If you have multiple students, you'll have an option to fill it out a 2nd time for the additional student after you are finished with the first one. While we pass the names of the students who register (those registered 3 business days before photo day) to the school, we can not guarantee that each child is sent as its ultimately up to the school and teacher to send them. We always also recommending you send a note in on retake day as well to remind the teacher.

You must register 3 business days prior to your school's retake day. ***IF YOU REGISTER LESS THAN 3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE PHOTO DAY YOUR CHILD'S NAME WILL NOT APPEAR ON THE LIST WE SEND TO THE SCHOOL FOR DISMISSAL TO THE PHOTO ROOM SO YOU MUST SEND THEM WITH A NOTE TO GIVE TO THE TEACHER ASKING THEM TO SEND THEM (can not be guaranteed they will send them)

Sometimes the data at the school may have a more official name (Charles, Charlie, William, Billy, etc or have a hyphenated last name like Jones-Martinez, etc). If so please put other names here for us to search for if we can't find the one you supplied earlier.
