ACTIVE: Student Transportation: Request for Student Ventra Cards for SY23-24/  Transporte estudiantil: solicitud para obtener tarjetas Ventra estudiantiles el año escolar 2023-2024

We are working with our partners at the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) to provide Ventra cards free of cost to eligible general education students who have applied for transportation services through CPS but who may not have access to a school bus this year. If you are interested in applying for a card for your child, please provide the information below.

Upon request, a weekly companion pass will also be provided for one parent/guardian of students from K to 8th grade.  

Please complete ONE form for EACH child you wish to apply for the card for. 

Estamos trabajando con nuestros colaboradores en la Autoridad de Tránsito de Chicago (CTA, según sus siglas en inglés) para brindar tarjetas Ventra libres de costo a estudiantes de educación general elegibles que hayan solicitado servicios de transporte a las CPS pero que quizás no tengan acceso a un autobús escolar este año. Si le interesa solicitar una tarjeta para su niño, por favor envíe la siguiente información.  

También se le brindará un pase de acompañantes semanal a un padre o tutor legal de estudiantes de kínder a octavo grado que lo solicite.

Por favor complete UN formulario por CADA niño por quien desea solicitar una tarjeta..
