Please complete all the information below and select which sessions you're interested in attending. You'll then be added to Spond where you can book your sessions. Sessions will be capped to 40 young people per session and are first come first serve.
Please note, we use Spond to manage the bookings. Once you have accepted the link to join the group on Spond, your child's name and guardian name will appear on the members list. If you do not wish for this to be seen, please let us now so we can only use your child's first and last initial. Session overview
Sessions are drop in and run for 45 mins with a 15 minute break in between. Sports are adapted to each young person's needs. We ask for parents/carers/guardians to stay with your child/children during the sessions as we don't have 1:1 support.

How to get here - If
you will be travelling by train, the nearest underground stations are Canada Water (Jubilee Line) and Surrey Quays (Overground). The
stations are a 12 and 18 minute walk
from the venue respectively. The
nearest bus stop is
Warndon Street (Stop RN) and Corbetts Lane (Stops RM and RE) where bus routes 1 and 381 stop.
Facilities - all activities will take place outside. There are male and female toilets and accessible toilet and changing facilities, with ramp access throughout the venue, but no Changing Places facilities.
