This agreement is between Exercise Science Academy and you, the applicant.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your application for any workshop and any matters arising from it. All bookings and changes are subject to availability.

Exercise Science Academy reserves all rights of admission.

Students must follow the Academy’s code of conduct, including general good behavior and etiquette:

Assignments and activities must be original. Plagiarism or copying will result in cancellation of admission for all students involved.

Recording videos during workshop sessions is strictly prohibited.

Workshop tasks, submissions, and any final assessments must be completed by the given deadlines.

Students must provide accurate personal information. ESA will not be responsible for any errors due to incorrect information provided by the student. Any name corrections will require valid legal documentation.

Sharing any downloaded or printed workshop materials, notes, books, video lectures, or other content provided by ESA with others is not permitted.

Refund Policy:

75% of the workshop fee will be refunded if the admission is canceled more than 30 days before the workshop start date.

50% of the workshop fee will be refunded if the admission is canceled between 15–30 days before the workshop start date.

25% of the workshop fee will be refunded if the admission is canceled 1–14 days before the workshop start date.

No refund or transfer to another workshop will be allowed once the workshop has started.

For payment in installments (if applicable), post-dated cheques (PDC) are mandatory. If any PDC is dishonored, admission will be canceled and the student will be liable for any bank charges. Students opting for installments must clear the final payment within 30 days of admission.

Certificates of participation or completion will be issued in the name provided in the application form. Participants with outstanding fees will not receive a certificate. Duplicate certificates can be issued for an additional fee decided by the administration.

Re-examination/re-assessment fees must be paid by the participant, if applicable:

For any certification workshops requiring internal exams, participants must pay for any attempt beyond what is included in the workshop fee.

Any certificate will only be issued once the participant passes all required assessments.

By signing this application form and accepting these Terms & Conditions, the participant confirms that they are attending the workshop by their own choice and accept its value and benefits, even if the fees are paid by an employer, friend, family member, or other third party.

If the workshop includes an external certification exam, it must be attempted within the specified time frame from the date of enrollment.

I authorize Exercise Science Academy to use my photos and videos for promotional purposes. I acknowledge that I will receive no compensation for this and that my consent is irrevocable and perpetual.
