If applying for the summer, your child must be entering 1st to 8th grade in the fall of this year.
In order to complete this online application you will need:- Basic information about you, your child(ren), and emergency contacts- If insured, health insurance information for your child(ren)
After completing this application, you will need to pay the summer camp fee (details below) before your child can be enrolled.
The summer camp fee is $40 for the first child and $20 for each additional child. It must be paid by cash or money order (made out to UrbanPromise CYM). You can make your payment on Thursday June 27th or Friday June 28th from 8:30am-4:00pm or upon arrival on the first day of camp (Monday, July 1st). The sooner you make your payment, the more likely your child will secure a spot.
