I understand that participation in this workshop is voluntary. I understand that tools, paints, stains, adhesives, wood products, and other crafting materials may be used during this event. I assume all risks associated with participating in this workshop and release Story & Co, instructors, assistants, employees, volunteers, and event hosts from any liability for personal injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, loss, or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the event. I understand that children attending are the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times. I understand that workshop registrations are non-refundable due to advance material preparation and supply costs. If I am unable to attend after registering, I understand that my project will be prepared as a take-home kit and made available for pickup at Story & Co. No refunds will be issued. I understand that my selected design may be substituted with a comparable design if unforeseen material shortages occur. I grant permission for photographs or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Story & Co. and Seven Arrows unless I notify the organizer otherwise in writing.
