RULES TO WIN:
1.) You can only enter/respond to the survey once. Only one fully complete response per household (physical address required) can be entered to win. 
2.) Must be able to prove that you shared a social media post about the survey inviting others to also enter for a chance to win (save a screenshot).
3.) Must be able to prove via screenshot that you shared the survey in a text message to your coach (save a screenshot).
4.) Survey must reach 300 or more total responses.
