YOU GET A FRESHMEN MENTEE - You will be paired with an incoming freshmen to mentor for their first year.

YOU GET AN ADULT MENTOR - You will be paired with an adult mentor from the Lipscomb Faculty, Staff, Alumni, or Community.

FREQUENCY & DURATION - You are asked to meet with each of your mentoring partners once every two weeks for about an hour.

SPIRITUAL FOCUS - Though the mentoring relationship will be holistic, its primary intention is to help the participants grow spiritually.

RESOURCES - To ensure you have a great experience, The Joshua Project will provide guidelines, video training, resources and special events, simple curriculum, and coaching along the way.

What Happens After You Apply
CONTACT - The Joshua Project staff will contact you by email to check in and answer any questions you may have.

TRAINING - In early August, you will be sent an email with an online training video to prepare you for the experience.

MATCHED W/ MENTEE & MENTOR - The first week of class in August, you will be sent an email with the contact info of your mentor and mentee.

START MEETING - Once you have received your mentoring pairs info, you start meeting with them regularly during the school year.
