Class of 2028 Mum Sale Order Form

It’s mum fundraiser time! Buy your beautiful fall mums and support the Freshman Class of 2028.  You can preorder mums using this order form. Payment must be made by September 9th to place the order. You can choose a color preference but it ultimately depends on the availability from the supplier on the day of delivery so color can’t be guaranteed. However, we will try our best! Cash or check (made out to Starpoint Class of 2028) can be dropped off at the high school office or sent in with a high school student to be given to Mrs. Rodenhaus or Mrs. Tomei (Class of 2028 Advisors). Please include your name and phone number on the envelope with your payment and please do not send in with a student from any other building.
