2022 Parade of Homes Contract

Parade Dates: June 17-19 & 24-26 AND/OR First week of October
Times: Friday and Saturday - 1-7 pm, Sunday 1-5 pm.

No Second House discount,  all parade homes will pay the same fee. MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION AND PAY THE $415 MEMBERSHIP FEE. Builders are limited to three entries unless otherwise approved by the Parade Committee.

The traditional parade will be held the weekends of June 17-19 and 24-26. We will attempt to have a Sneak Peek on June 16th - optional to all builders involved in the parade.
We will have the traditional magazine, judging, and awards.
Contract will be available on our website in February and will be due April 1st.

JUNE Parade Fees: $2,500 paid by April 1st, 2022.
50% reimbursement by May 15th, absolutely no refunds afterwards. Homes that cannot make the June parade due to supply or labor shortages are encouraged to then become a virtual home for the October parade and/or enter their home in October parade. Fees paid for the June parade will roll over to the October parade.
JUNE Virtual Fee: $2000

MVBA will also offer a Fall Parade with far less bells and whistles - but still a great opportunity to showcase your home to the public. WILL INCLUDE: a small publication of builder’s pages and a map to the homes. All TV and social media advertising. Ballot voting by the public only, no judging. Dates and format are flexible but we are looking at the beginning of October. We are also considering a post parade celebration of some sort.

OCTOBER Parade Fee: $2,000 paid by August 1st, 2022.
Partial reimbursement by September 15th, absolutely no refunds afterwards.
OCTOBER Virtual Fee: $1,500
