Club Media Release

To assist with any activities related to the WSA website or Social Media —including content creation, event coverage, or club features—you must complete a Media Release Form.

This form lets us know your comfort level with being photographed or recorded.
Your personal preference will always be respected, and there is no penalty if you choose not to be included in photos or videos.

This policy exists to protect your privacy and ensure your safety and comfort, which are our top priorities.
