If you have been banned from the Yagami Yato Patreon-exclusive Discord Server and would like to have your ban appealed, please fill this form out to the best of your ability!
Our Admin Team spans across multiple time zones, so while we work to process appeals as quickly as possible, it may take between 1-5 days to come to a resolution. While submitting a ban appeal does not guarantee membership will be reinstated, it does guarantee that your ban will be reviewed by Yagami Yato and the Admin Team.
