The following are the Programme Educational Objectives for the Department of MECH. We expect graduates to achieve these objectives several years after graduation
1. The Mechanical Engineering graduates will be contributing to the industrial requirements as per recent developments, societal needs and requirements of government by applying the engineering skills and knowledge acquired through basic engineering education and training.
2. After graduation, the graduate will be able to demonstrate his/her technical knowledge and skills in their career with systems perspective, analyze, design, develop, optimize, and implement complex mechanical systems.
3. The Mechanical Engineering graduates will have the ability to recognize the importance of professional development by pursuing higher studies in various specializations or by facing competitive examinations.
