We are seeking workshops, presentations, dialogues, discussions, and panels that explore “Gender & Video Games” through topics such as:
- Avatar representation- Gender within the gaming community- Gender & diversity representation in games- Visuals, storyline, relationships with in-game characters, personality traits, etc.- Game creation (i.e. how to develop games)- Game development- And much more!
Everyone is encouraged to apply! We welcome students, scholars, educators, gamers, developers, cultural workers, community organizers, working professionals, researchers, and policy makers to submit proposals.
