Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you and Deepware A.S. ("Company") governing your participation in the PAGI Gen Trial Program ("Trial Program"). By participating in the Trial Program, you signify your acceptance of these Terms.

To be eligible for participation in the Trial Program, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information in the trial request form.

Utilize the trial software exclusively for testing purposes.

Adhere to the obligations and responsibilities set forth in these Terms.

2. Confidentiality:

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the following aspects:

The trial software download link.

The trial activation license.

3. Data Collection:

The Company affirms that it does not collect any datasets used in the software for any purpose.

4. Termination:

Trial Program period is 15 days.

5. No Warranty:

The trial software is provided on an "as is" basis and without any warranties. The Company assumes no liability for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the trial software.
