  1. Early registration fee is $60 if registering before April 1, 2025 for participants 19 years old and older
  2. Late registration fee is $90 if registering on April 1, 2025 or after
  3. No registration fee for youth 18 years old and younger provided their parents or chaperones are registered to attend the conference
  4. Please complete and pay your registration within 48 hours
  5. Registrations not paid within 48 hours will be cancelled. Individuals will no longer be registered
  6. Registrations are non-refundable
  7. NAACUS does not provide immigration VISA support or assistance
  8. NAACUS does not provide childcare services
