Healing Wounds, Building Power: A Trauma-Informed Space for Black Mamas

Join us for a  gathering (LIVE) where pregnant, postpartum, and supportive women, can openly discuss their experiences with trauma. This is a safe space to share, listen, and explore pathways to healing and moving forward.

Kass Gomez will be leading the sessions. Kass is a certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Personal Trainer, and holistic healing guide devoted to helping others break free from trauma and step into their power. Through raw vulnerability and storytelling, Kass shares her journey of healing from abuse, heartbreak, and self-destruction to inspire others to rise.

There will be 2 sessions. Session 2 will build off Session 1.  Hopefully you can attend both, but it is not necessary.  The event will be at the Dahlia Campus for Health and Well-being, 3401 Eudora Street, Denver Colorado 80207. RSVP ASAP or by August 28th at the latest.   Only 25 participants per session.   $25 electronic gift card/ session.
