MLQ Team Radius Waiver
In order to play for an MLQ team while living outside of its defined radius for the majority of the season, it is necessary to submit this form and gain approval from the league. Consideration will be given mainly for players near the outer edge of the radius of a team who are not within the radius of another team. Consideration will not be given in situations of extreme distance from a team's radius or personal disagreements with a team's coaching or management.
