We are delighted to announce the date of our next Night Market and open applications. It'll be a wonderfully festive affair with all sorts of great animation; including an amazing projection installation from Limbic Cinema, live music, DJ's, a silent disco and carols from the local church. We are expecting this event to be very busy and are looking for applications from exceptional street food vendors, incredible local producers, purveyors of local brewed tipples and gorgeous seasonal gifts from local makers. All produce should be as local as possible. Meat and dairy products must be a minimum of free range, organic is preferable. We encourage vegetarian and vegan options. All disposables used MUST be compostable.

Please give registration details of the vehicle you will be driving to the event so we can provide you with a parking pass. Failure to do so will mean we cannot offer you a free parking space.
If you require electricity please detail the items you intend to use at the market and their individual power requirements. All electric equipment must hold a P.A.T. The Event Controller has the discretion to stop you using an item if it appears unsafe.
You will not be charged for electricity used to power lights on your stall, however we do ask that you use LED or battery powered lights 1 x 16-amp supply provides you with roughly 3k watts so if you require more than this please apply for 32amp supply. Items such as Rice Cookers / Water Urn’s generally require 3 kw each item.

Do you use Gas? All LPG appliances must have a current safety certificate issued by a Gas Safe registered fitter. It is your responsibility to make sure your gas equipment is compliant with all current safety legislation. If not, you will not be allowed to trade. *
Public Liability Insurance is required up to £5 million
