Rel Week 2025 Registration Form - Non Member - Rego.

Below, you’ll find information on jump packages and Jersey options. Once this form is completed you will go on the waitlist. If someone pulls out we will email you an invoice. Please ensure you use the Invoice Number as the payment reference (e.g., INV 0123). If no Invoice number is provided, we’ll assume it’s a generous donation to the club.

Your slot will be held for 30 days from the invoice date. If payment is not received within this period, your slot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Rel Week T'Shirt and DPC Jerseys have already been ordered. If you have Registered after April 10 you have missed out.

Refund Policy:

Refund requests must be made at least 60 days before the event start date (27/05/2025)

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time, except under specific circumstances (e.g, medical emergencies, with valid documentation) – Only Jump Tickets will be refunded within this timeframe. Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the organizer’s discretion.

If the event is cancelled by the organizers, full refunds will be issued, or participants may opt for a credit towards a future event.
