Completion of this form will provide you with a PRIORITY status when we open Registrations for Resonate in early February of 2025.  As we only have a limited number of spots available (12 in total), you will get first dibs at one of these 12 spots to perform.  Please note that your spot is NOT confirmed until you have paid the $100 Commitment fee outlined below under "Costs Involved"

Costs Involved
I understand that the following charges will apply to my students / school:

For Schools:
A $100 inc GST commitment fee is required to secure your Performance spot in Resonate.
This registration fee is NON-Refundable.  This fee includes the video and photos from your performance. You can choose to pay the fee NOW to reserve your spot via THIS LINK

For Students:
Students who are competing will be charged $90 for the Day.  You must have a minimum of 20 performers in your performance team.

Students who are attending workshops & show only will be charged $90 for the Day.

If your student has purchased a separate ticket to ADF, (e.g. they have purchased a weekend pass, or are part of a Studio Troupe competing in Australia's Best Dance Crew), then the fee will be $40 to cover the 2 x Exclusive Resonate workshops in the morning.

For Teachers:
A free Teachers Pass to the Australian Dance Festival will be issued for every 20 students coming from your school.

If you wish for additional teachers to attend, the cost will be $90 per day which include access to Professional Development workshops, backstage access on Friday and a seat for the show.

Admin & Invoicing
You will be sent a Group Booking form (excel spreadsheet) to complete.  We will send you an invoice based on your group booking form which must be paid in full by the 31 August.

The Australian Dance Festival will run workshops, an expo and shows on Friday 19th - Sunday 21st September. Entry fees for Sat - Sunday are not included in the RESONATE package.

If you wish for your students to attend for all 3 days, the cost would be $300 per attendee and includes entry to 3 days of ADF workshops and 3 nights of shows.
