The M1 Concourse is hosting a four day dynamic motorsports experience celebrating American competition, engineering and racing. We have Ambassador (volunteer) opportunities that span from Tuesday, September 28th, 2021 to Monday, October 4th, 2021.

Ambassadors will be needed from the pre-show days to help set up the M1 Concourse for the various venues and motorsport events to the finishing details to prepare the various events during the three day exposition.

Ambassadors will be needed throughout the day for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's events.

Tuesday - Thursday are primarily set up days and a evening private event. Most of the day on Thursday we will complete setting up M1 facilities for the weekend, assist the race car owners arriving, and act as Ambassadors for the private event with car owners during the day and the reception in the evening.

Friday and Saturday are Speed Ring events (time trials) and track competition days. Ambassadors will be needed to help with festival pass validation, direct offsite parking, assist the visiting competition cars to the paddock, act as Ambassadors for the racers, attend as ushers in key hospitality locations, and support the awards ceremony at the end of competition. Friday and Saturday early evening will have a social events by invitation only. Ambassadors will be needed for supporting the evening's activities.

Sunday is an exposition day with the race cars from the Speed Ring and other competition cars on display. Ambassadors will be needed to direct parking and traffic flow for the public. Ambassadors will also help close out the show late Sunday afternoon. Monday will be a teardown day.  

As soon as your application is processed by Ambassador Services, you will receive a confirmation email noting that it has been received. Communication, updates, and confirmation of your actual Ambassador assignment will be sent weeks in advance of the American Speed Festival.
