Application for Lay Ministry - Summer 2025

Thank you for your interest in becoming a lay ministry volunteer. We are looking for individuals who feel called to offer compassionate presence, deep listening, and spiritual companionship to the elders in our community. This application helps us understand your experience and discern the best ways to support your ministry journey.

Please answer the following questions as honestly and thoughtfully as you can.

Application due by June 12th.  The required trainings are on June 15th (4-6pm), June 16th (6-8pm) or June 19th (12-2pm).  You only need to attend one of the training sessions, not all three!
