The UVM Administration has shared with Union leadership that they are planning to transition all non-exempt employees at the University to Kronos, an online time-keeping system. Unlike before we had our Union, we have the power to bargain over the impacts of this huge change to how employees log their time, as well as how they will be paid.
We are still learning about the details of this transition, but want to hear questions and concerns from staff so that we will be prepared to impact bargain. In addition to this form, we will hold area meetings for staff to share concerns and questions, and you can contact your Area Steward and Union Advocates.
