This three day, non-residential insight meditation retreat will include periods of both sitting and walking meditation, dharma talks, and practice discussions. The retreat schedule is as follows:
Friday the 4th: begin at 5:30 p.m. - conclude 8:30 p.m. Saturday the 5th: begin at 9:00 a.m. - conclude 8:30 p.m. Sunday the 6th: begin at 9:00 a.m. - conclude by 5:00 p.m.
Description: We live in difficult times. How to meet the everyday challenges, local and global, has become not only a personal exploration but a critical one for this time in our history. We will explore the foundational principles of the Paramis, and the guidance they offer in living in a relational and complex world. During our weekend, we will deepen our silent practice, as well as acknowledge and even celebrate the expression of wisdom and love in our lives.
