This application is for the Mini-Expo at the Enchanted Awakenings Event Center.
Applications for this expo are due ASAP. After you apply, an invoice will be sent you via Square, if we accept your application.

Due to the limited spaces available, your application may not be accepted for vending/reading/healing. In order to make sure that we give the best possible expo, we want to make sure that we are providing unique services from quality providers.

As such, we are looking for experienced readers and healers. We are trying to ensure variety by making sure there is only one vendor of any kind, and trying to keep our reading and healing services varied as well. This doesn't mean we won't have multiple people reading tarot, for instance. But we will not have more than 2 of any one kind of service. Again, this helps provide unique and varied vendors, readers, and healers for our patrons.

Applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. Please get your application in as soon as possible to ensure that your application will be viewed sooner and have a higher chance of being accepted.

Space is limited. We are offering four types of spaces:
Reader Space - two chairs and one small table $15
Vendor Space - two chairs and one 4' x 2" table. $20
Healer Space - one chair and a massage table. $30
Counter Space - one chair & counter space $25 (Great for selling items)

We want to make sure we are providing quality services to our patrons and appreciate you taking the time to fill out this application.

Please note:
- Some spaces will have electric access, If needed, please note it on your application.
- Fill out the application and we will invoice you via email once accepted.
- You are asked to pay for the space within 5 business days of invoicing to hold your space.
- You will also be added to a Facebook private group so we can communicate with everyone easier at one time.

- Set-up starts at 10 am, Event hours are 11 am to 6 pm, Tear down 6 - 7 pm.
- Please plan on being there for the full time. It is disruptive to others if you tear down & leave early.
