40th Annual Allen Park Arts and Crafts Street Fair will be August 4th and 5th, 2023 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Please complete this Google form as this years application. You will be notified via email if accepted or rejected by May 1st at the latest.  If Accepted, you will be given additional instructions regarding payment.

Set-up space is 10' x 10'.

Please Note: Sale of bottled water outside of your building is strictly prohibited.  The Youth Organization picked by the committee is given sole rights to sell water.

The Festivities Commission can provide electricity for a $50 fee. Please indicate that on the application.

Reserve the Booth Space near the Front of Your Business
Charge: $100 per 10’ x 10’ space
If your business is located within the Street Fair area (Allen Road between Southfield and Roosevelt) you may reserve booth space near the front of the building.  You may erect a booth and sell merchandise from your store in this space or simply leave it empty to enhance customers’ ability to see your establishment. The Commission will make every attempt to honor requests for more than one space and to give businesses the space directly in front of the store, however in some cases it is necessary to limit a business to one space or provide a space in the general area of the business.

Reserve a Booth
Charge: $150 per 10’ x 10’ space
Just because your business isn’t located within the Street Fair area doesn’t mean you have to be left out.  Allen Park businesses may reserve a 10’ x 10’ booth space.  You may sell merchandise from your store front business in this space, pass out literature, etc. Home based businesses are not eligible.

Registration will be available at the Allen Park Community Center at 15800 White on Thursday from 5:00 pm to 8 pm and Friday from 7 am to 9:30 am.
Set up will begin at exactly 5 pm Thursday evening. Vendors will need to be checked in before they can set up. All vehicles must be removed from the street by Friday morning at 9:30 am.

1. Vendors may not sell or give space to another artist. Subject to removal from fair and subsequent to future events
2. Booth areas are to look professional at all times. All items must be kept within your assigned space.
3. A booth sign with artist name and booth number will be provided at registration. This sign must be prominently displayed on the front of your booth during the entirety of the show.
4. Exhibitors booth must not interfere with adjacent exhibitors in any way.
5. Allen Park Event City Ordinance prohibits animals within the bounds of the fair.
