To be considered for our program you must comply with the following:

1. Expectations: All affiliates are subject to being released from the program if they do not refer one client in the first 60 days. Affiliates will post our services a minimum of twice per week.

2. Event Attendance: Affiliates whom are in the operating territory of the company must make every effort to attend company sponsored events

3. Prohibited Content: Affiliates must not promote our products or services on websites or platforms that contain or promote illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

4. Brand Guidelines: Affiliates are required to follow our brand guidelines when representing our company and products in their marketing efforts.

5. Payment Terms: For referrals to be considered binding, the client must successfully pay their buy in fee and their first months service. Affiliates will be paid only after the client successfully pays for their first month service. If a client pays their buy in but drops from the program, the affiliate will not be paid. Example 1, the affiliate refers a client who successfully pays their buy in fee and first months dues. The affiliate will be paid their percentage based commission on the 15th of following month. Example 2: A member pays their buy in fee but due to reasons outside the companies control, the client drops from the program prior to paying their first months payment: The affiliate will not be paid.

6. Payment Type: All Affiliate payments are commission only and no compensation is guaranteed simply by participating in this program.

7. Confidentiality: Affiliates may have access to sensitive company information; therefore, they should agree to keep such information confidential and may be asked to sign Non-disclosure agreements.

8. Modification of Terms: Executive Service Global reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program and will notify affiliates of any changes.

9. Independent Contractor Status: Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of the company.

10. Affiliate Support: Affiliates will be provided resources that such as marketing materials, training, and access to affiliate managers.
