The Rural Leadership Network (RLN) is a community of practice (CoP) that provides networking and mentoring for rural leaders and provides an opportunity for these leaders to meet and network with other rural leaders from multiple states. This year's RLN curriculum is centered around school safety concerns for leaders in rural school settings.
The RLN is open to superintendents, superintendent/principals or principals from any rural school district.
By applying for the RLN, you are committing to attend all four, 2 hour sessions throughout the 2023-2024 school year, which will all be conducted virtually on Zoom.

- December 5, 2023 - Early Warning Signs and Interventions
- February 13, 2024 - Safety Requirements (State and Federal) and Grant Opportunities
- April 2, 2024 - Relationship Building to Support School and Classroom Management
All sessions run from 9 am until 11 am (Arizona Time). These sessions are 100% free, and we invite rural leaders from any state or area to join us!
