Each summer a limited number of Seasonal Passes are available for interested families who live outside the Upper Beechwood #1 boundary area to use the UB1 facilities and to have access to all programs. The seasonal pass annual fee is due on April 15th each year. This form adds you to the waiting list for this coming year and will be followed up with an email from membership@upperbeechwood.com confirming your request.
