Please answer as honestly as possible. We aren't looking for "perfect" answers, but for a clear picture of where you are currently, where you came from and where you are headed. This gives us a solid foundation for our relationship with you and our future journey together.

What plans do you have for improving your musical or technical skill?

The majority of the departments will need a worship team member to serve at least once a month, and will need to attend at least 1 band practice plus 1 final sound check for that service. Some special events may require more practice sessions. Will we be able to depend on you to try and honour your commitments to the worship team roster?

The expectation is for team members to prepare themselves spiritually and musically for leading worship with the team. This could mean you need to spend a certain amount of time on your own going through the worship set or developing your skill. Will you take up this responsibility to prepare independently?

Our culture is one of honour, accountability and growth. Worship leaders or spiritual mentors may give constructive feedback or guidance when necessary. Will you keep a humble posture before God and keep your heart soft to continue deepening your expression of worship and servant-heartedness?
