The slate of nominated officers will be presented at the March 18th SLHSABC Monthly Board Meeting
Executive Board Positions
President-Must have served on the ABC Board for a minimum of 2 years.
VP of Membership-Keep a record of joined members and sports they represent as well as advertise memberships. Also attend and represent SLHSABC at all parent meetings for each sport, explaining the importance and reasons to join SLHSABC.
Treasurer-Management of booster club expenditures as well as team accounts
Secretary-Take and file minutes for board meetings.
Spirit Wear-Work with vendor to create spirit wear designs, sell at games, sell via ABC website, and at designated athletic events.
Webmaster/Social Media-Maintain ABC website as well as social media tools.
Parent Rep Coordinator-Communicate via email with sport team parents and help recruit volunteers for upcoming booster club events.
Program Ad Sales-Create Football Program/create and print program. Generate Ad Sales.
Concessions-Manage employees, sales, and inventory. Set up schedule for concessions worker and monitor the day to day operations.
Scholarships-Manage the scholarship process and organize applications and paperwork. Present scholarship winners at award ceremony.
