Summary of the project: the main objective of the project is to contribute to the European Youth Goal of Mental Health by combining the powerfulness of the nature of Lavarone mountains and the high-quality competencies of trainers. In this way, mental health problems exacerbated by Covid-19 will be addressed through methodologies and outdoor activities that support the learning, well-being and positive mental health of young people.
