Application to Midway Alternative High School for the 2024-2025 School Year

Midway Alternative High School is a "choice school" for students who are at least 16 years old, is considered at-risk, and who live within Canyon ISD district. Eligibility depends on your student meeting at least one at-risk indicator set by the State of Texas.

You will first need to complete the online application.  During the pre enrollment conference, the counselor will review the student's transcript, and needs of the student to ensure that Midway is a good fit for the student. If the student is enrolled into Midway, then a start date will be set.

Before applying to Midway, please speak with your parent or guardian about your interest in coming to Midway.

Pre- enrollment conferences for the 2024-25 school year will start taking place at the begining of August 2024.
