PLEASE READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE. VENDOR SPACE: Current PA-State mandated social distancing guidelines will be followed at all times. Monthly price per space varies and includes at least 10% gross sales, to be paid on the 1st of each month, and 1 month security deposit refundable on your last day. 6 and 12 month leases are discounted. Standard vendor space sizes vary according to price. Vendors can, if deemed necessary by Boheme Pittsburgh, purchase additional space. We strongly encourage creativity with how you display yourselves and your goods, and have a preference toward vendors who use unique displays and signage that will add to the visual environment of the Boheme environment. No space sharing unless pre-approved by Boheme Pittsburgh. Each potential applicant must apply individually and be accepted to participate as such. Vendors will be responsible for covering up to two, 8 to 9-hour work shifts per month for the collective store over the course of the lease term (see email and reach out for more info if needed - we have options to accommodate vendors who cannot work in person). Approved vendors will be assigned a set-up date and time (we will work with your schedule). Please note that Boheme Pittsburgh LLC will not be responsible for any damage or theft of personal belongings or merchandise or loss of any product. Any accidents caused by a vendor’s set-up or goods will be the responsibility of that vendor. Boheme Pittsburgh LLC is not responsible for any personal injury that results from using our space. We recommend purchasing insurance for your protection. Other than light cleaning, vendors are responsible for maintaining their own spaces. We ask that every vendor refresh at least 25% of their inventory seasonally. VENDOR FEES: Upon application review and acceptance for participation, vendors will be required to pay the appropriate vendor fee by a date to be specified upon notification. REFUNDS: We cannot refund vendor fees at this time. STATE SALES TAX: Boheme Pittsburgh LLC collects and pays all sales tax for its vendors. All vendors are responsible for abiding by all tax laws. For more information about this you may contact the PA Department of Revenue or view taxation requirements on their website. Be responsible for licenses, permits, insurance and fees as necessary and/or required by law to conduct your business. We must leave it to you to be responsible for any requirements that might apply to your unique business. Understand that Boheme Pittsburgh LLC has the right to deny your participation in any or all stores/events at any time. Should there be reason to revoke your acceptance prior to the day of the event, a full refund will be given unless any of the guidelines stated here have not been followed. CANCELLATION OF SPACE: Boheme Pittsburgh reserves the right to dismiss any vendor from any store or event. MEDIA RELEASE/CONSENT: I, the undersigned, do hereby release all rights or claims in connection with the photo(s)/videotape in which I appear, for use by Boheme Pittsburgh LLC, Kitschtopia, and all sponsors. I understand that the photo(s)/videotape, if used, will be for the promotional purpose of assisting future Boheme Pittsburgh LLC stores/events. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photos and/or advertising copy. All photographs, negatives and videotapes shall constitute the sole property of Boheme Pittsburgh LLC. I declare that I am of legal age and have every right to contract in my own name in the above regard.
