They offer private parcels to fit all budgets. The homes vary in size and price ranging from as low as 75 L per week up to 8000 L per week. Orchard Heights is home to many.  

It is a hot spot for residents and guests alike.  Even those who don't live there flock to the daily events and to enjoy all of the amenities, clubs and cafe's available in the community.  Orchard Heights offers residential and community living without the formalities.  The atmosphere is relaxed and social and they strive to offer a place that all residents and guests feel welcome in at all times.
