The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure – General Directorate of Infrastructure Investments (AYGM) invites interested firms in the construction sector to participate in Early Market Engagement (EME) for two major railway projects: Eastern Türkiye Middle Corridor Railway Development Project (ETMIC) and Istanbul North Rail Crossing Project (INRAIL).

  • The purpose of the EME is to:
  • Understand market capacity, capability, and trends
  • Share the project’s requirements and contracting approach
  • Collect feedback on rated criteria and procurement packaging
  • Identify possible risks, opportunities, and qualification considerations
