The personal data collected by filling out this form is carried out by Ecsite  for the purposes of the Make it Open consortium exclusively in order to build and operate open schooling hubs. By filling out this form, you consent to have your data used in the project and acknowledge you have been given appropriate information. Your data may be shared within the Make it Open project but not outside of it. It will be kept for five years after the end of the project and in accordance with the project’s obligations to the European Commission. It will be processed according to the GDPR and national applicable law.
 
You are not obliged to provide us with any data, but if you do decide to do so, we have marked the fields which are mandatory for us to have a useful entry. You have the right to withdraw your participation and consent for the processing of your personal data at any time, also after filling out the form, if you happen to change your mind. In addition, you have other rights, like the right to access, the right to rectification (update or correct data), the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing and the right to data portability.
