WSP Pride 2022 - Vendor Request Form
WSP Pride will take place on Saturday, July 9, 2022, from 11am - 4pm, at the West St. Paul Sports Complex located at 388 Wentworth Ave E (the intersection of Wentworth & Oakdale)  in West St. Paul. The event will take place rain or shine.

Registration includes a 12x12 space at the park.

Registration does not include access to electricity, a tent, chair, or tables. Vendors will have spots along the sidewalk.

Booth setup will begin at 10am on Saturday, July 9. All vendor spots will be on a sidewalk and easy to access via the parking lot. Vendors are asked to stay onsite for the duration of the event.

Booth registration information:
- Businesses: $25
- Non-Profit or WSP business: $15
- 8' Table: $20

Vendor registration opens on May 2. We'll confirm your registration with you and make sure you don't have any questions within five business days of your application. In the event that the applications outnumber the spaces we have, we will close the registration with as much notice as possible.

WSP Pride reserves the right to exclude any vendor registration that does not fit the character or values of the event or if there are excessive vendors of the same nature.
