We ask you for your contact details and email to inform you about the Foundation, development and news relating to this. This is personal data but as this news is classified as marketing we need you to positively affirm your consent.

How long do we keep your personal information?
All personal data is held for our legitimate interest and as this data pertains to a past pupil network we will keep this data for long periods of time. We will endeavour to contact you on a regular basis to ascertain your continued interest and to keep our records accurate.
Security by Design
We work hard to protect unauthorised access to, or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction of, information that we hold. In particular, we encrypt many of our services using the G-Suite, which fragments files with different encryption keys all over the world in several different locations. We feel this additional level of security further enhances the safety of our data. We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorised access to systems.
Compliance and cooperation with regulatory authorities
We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly. We will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with data protection legislation. Our legal basis for processing your personal information is satisfied by your consent.
Your rights
Under data protection legislation you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. In relation to certain rights, we may ask you for information to confirm your identity and, where applicable, to help us to search for your personal information.
Accessing your personal information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. This is known as a Subject Access Request. If you wish to request a copy of your personal information please address requests to

Because of this, after you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove information from our backup systems.
Correcting and updating your personal information
The accuracy of your information is important to us. If you change your name or address/email address, or you discover that any of the other information we hold is inaccurate or out of date, please let us know by getting in touch at:

Erasing your personal information or restricting its processing
