- Your child is responsible for remembering to come to their lesson on time. If they don't show up, I will attempt to find them but I can't guarantee that I will be successful as they are not always in class.
- Fees are charged per term and invoices are sent via email in the school holidays before the start of term.
- Fees are to be paid within two weeks of receiving your invoice.
- I prefer payment via direct credit but also accept cash.
- I require 4 weeks notice to cancel lessons
MISSED LESSONS
- I do not give credits or refunds for missed lessons unless the missed lesson is my fault.

- If you let me know that your child will be absent the day before their lesson or earlier, I will either reschedule or give them a catch up lesson. 

- If you let me know of their absence on the day of their lesson, or if you don’t tell me that they will be away, no catch lesson will be provided.
- I do not provide catch up lessons for truancy or for personal trips/holidays taken during school time.
- 
I do not provide catch up lessons for missed catch up lessons.

- If there are extenuating circumstances such as sudden illness or injury on the day of their lesson, please tell me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to provide a catch up lesson for them.
