ITS EASY!  FIND YOUR COST by using our chart below, COMPLETE our ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM, and PAY the registration fee ($40-cat/$50-dog).  We credit the registration fee, apply any income based discount you qualify for, and invoice you the balance due once we approve you (balance is due the 1st day of your pets appointment month (or w/in 24  hrs. if you register on/after the 1st of your pets appointment month)!

HELPFUL HINT:  OUR APPOINTMENTS ARE FOR OWNED PETS 8 weeks - 5 YEARS OF AGE, THAT WEIGHT AT LEAST 2lbs., AND ARE IN GOOD HEALTH!  WE DO NOT OFFER VACCINES/CHIPS WITHOUT A SPAY/NEUTER!

Once you have accessed our ONLINE REGISTRATION PAGE, CHOOSE THE SPAY/NEUTER OPTION BY CLICKING THE "SPAY/NEUTER APPOINTMENT" BUTTON:
ENTER YOUR PETS SPECIES/SEX, THEIR WEIGHT, THEN CLICK THE "APPOINTMENT SEARCH" BUTTON.   


HELPFUL HINT: use the weight your pet will be at the time of the appointment.  IF your pet is still growing, ADD EXTRA WEIGHT!  IF your pet weighs 10lbs. or more over the weight you have entered here, we do charge an additional $5 per lb. for EACH of those lbs.!

HELPFUL HINT: we offer clinics at several locations throughout CO and in NM.  We may be scheduling multiple clinics/locations at the same time.   MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE CLINIC LOCATION LISTED BELOW THE DATE!  If there is not a clinic location within 2 hours of you, SIGN UP ON OUR WAITLIST!  We fill spaces off our waitlist frequently! :)

HELPFUL HINT:  Check for an appointment space for EACH of your pets!  Our SPACES ARE LIMITED in number by BOTH SEX and WEIGHT.   Large pets, and female pet spaces usually always fill first.  IF we are not able to accommodate this pet, we may still be able to provide a space for other pets in your home, including those of the same size, but a different sex, or those that may be larger, smaller, or of a different species. 
After selecting your pets appointment location/date, COMPLETE THE "PERSONAL INFORMATION".  The information input here should be that of the LEGAL OWNER, and it is what we use to contact the owner, so make sure the phone number, and email address are accurate!  We require a PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS, NOT A POST OFFICE BOX!  Enter any apartment/lot/suite number on the "Additional address information" line

HELPFUL HINT:   Once you start typing in your address, IF your physical street address does not automatically pop-up as an available address option, you may have to choose to enter a "CUSTOM ADDRESS"!  
COMPLETE the "ANIMAL INFORMATION" part of our form for the specific pet whose sex/species/weight you entered in step 1.  You will be given an option of registering additional pets once this pets registration/payment is complete.  YOU CAN ONLY REGISTER ONE PET PER FORM!!!  
To move to the "CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT" page of our form, you have to answer all the questions in the "ANIMAL INFORMATION" section (even if you do not think they pertain to you/your pet), AND UPLOAD A PHOTO OF YOUR PET.  PLEASE READ THE QUESTIONS YOU ARE ANSWERING, THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PETS APPOINTMENT, YOUR REQUIREMENTS AS THE PET OWNER, AND OUR PAYMENT POLICY.
You can upload a photo of this pet choosing an EXISTING PHOTO in a file/gallery, OR IF USING YOUR CELL PHONE, by taking a new photo. 

HELPFUL HINT: Your options for obtaining a photo may look different than the example below.  You MUST click the "ADD NEW DOCUMENT" button before you will be allowed to upload a photo!  
Unlike step 4 where every question had to be answered to move forward, YOU DO NOT CHOOSE A PACKAGE/service IN THIS SECTION!.  When we review your appointment, we will apply the package that corresponds to the COST you will pay (YELLOW, PINK, BLUE, GREEN, PURPLE OR TURQUOISE).  This package simply allows us to discount cost of services based on your income, and add the services that are included. 

HELPFUL HINT:  The services of rabies, DAPPv/HCP, and microchip are included with every spay/neuter appointment.  There is nothing else you need to do to receive them!  
YOU RESERVE YOUR PETS SPACE BY PAYING A $40-CAT OR $50-DOG REGISTRATION FEE (you can/will NOT pay more than the $40/50 fee, OUR SYSTEM WILL NOT LET YOU!). This fee will be deducted from the amount you owe, and will be reflected in the balance of your invoiced payment. BEFORE YOU DO THIS, You need to make sure that you have READ, AND UNDERSTAND, OUR NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT POLICY - THERE ARE NO REFUNDS IF YOU CANCEL, OR IF YOU DO NOT SHOW FOR YOUR PETS APPOINTMENT!!!  Once you CHECK THE BOX that you agree, input your debit/credit card information and click the "request appointment" button.  YOU WILL GET A CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR PETS SPACE IS PENDING, and will get the opportunity to register additional pets at this time. 

HELPFUL HINT:  IF YOU DO NOT GET A CONFIRMATION, YOUR PETS SPACE IS NOT RESERVED!  IF we decline this pets appointment during our 7 day review process, we will refund any amount paid to register your pet to the payment method used!   
Once we successfully review your pets appointment request, you will automatically receive 2 emails from us.  THE "PERTINENT CLINIC INFORMATION" EMAIL CONTAINS ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW...(THE WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, ETC.).  THE EMAILED E-CONSENT FORM IS DUE BACK TO US ELECTRONICALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS.  

Within a day or two, you will receive a 3rd email containing a INVOICED PAYMENT which is DUE BY 10am ON THE 1ST DAY OF YOUR PETS APPOINTMENT MONTH (OR WITHIN 24 HOURS IF YOU REGISTER ON/AFTER THE 1ST DAY OF YOUR PETS APPOITNMENT MONTH)!  

APPOINTMENT REMINDER EMAILS GET SENT 10, 7, 3, AND 1 DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT!  

HELPFUL HINT:  SEARCH YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR OUR EMAILS - OUR EMAILS MAY GO TO THAT FOLDER, AND YOU CAN MISS OUT ON AN APPOINTMENT!  Everyone will receive an invoiced payment for EACH PET. THIS INVOICE IS THE BALANCE OF THE SPAY/NEUTER. YOU OWE IT, PAY IT!  TO COMPLETE THE E-CONSENT FORM, click the black link containing your pets name shown in the email (there is a helpful hints sheet on how to complete the e-consent form attached to your Pertinent Clinic Information Email.   
IN ORDER TO RECEIVE SERVICES AT OUR CLINIC, PETS MUST BE 8weeks - 5 years OF AGE, WEIGHT AT LEAST 2lbs. AND BE IN GOOD HEALTH.  PET OWNERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR PETS VISIT AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP!  
WHILE MOST PETS DO NOT REQUIRE ANYTHING ADDITIONAL, IF YOUR PET IS/REQUIRES ANY OF THE "ADDITIONAL FEES" LISTED ON THE CHART BELOW, THAT BALANCE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP!  

HELPFUL HINT:  If your pet is active, or if your pet could benefit, we may offer additional days of take home sedation.  Ask us about it when you drop your pet off, restrictions do apply!
