Job Description:

We are looking to hire female brand executives to promote our range of real estate properties with flexible payments at our advert terminal inside MM2 domestic airport only.

Qualified candidates will be adequately trained to engage prospects and equipped with the required knowledge to close sales. Accommodation in our staff quarters would be provided for qualified & committed candidates with distance barrier

Responsibilities:

  • To introduce our property flyers to high-end prospective clients inside the airport and to follow up.
  • To offer flexible payment options for available properties
  • To introduce short term real estate investment opportunities with good ROI

Skills:

  • Good spoken English
  • Self-confidence and charismatic

Education:

  • BSc /OND in marketing is an added advantage
  • Sales or Marketing Experience
  • SSCE with field sales experience would be considered

Remuneration:

  • N75,000 basic salary (for weekdays)
  • N45,000 basic salary (for weekend only)
  • Attractive commission on all closed sales (up to N500k & above)
  • Progressive Salary Structure (basic salary is increased every month a sale is closed)

Accommodation:

  • Comfortable accommodation is available for qualified and determined applicants who live in the outskirts or outside Lagos for convenience and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Female only
  • 21 to 35years old
  • Must be eloquent in the English language
  • Must be social & friendly in nature
  • Must have self-confidence
  • Must not be a nursing mother.

Work Schedule:

  • Weekdays -Monday to Friday
  • Weekends - Saturday & Sunday
  • 9:00AM to 6:00PM
  • 1 Hour lunch Break
