IDC School of Design, IIT Bombay conducts a course on human-computer interaction design. Called "the Monsoon Course on HCI" it is usually conducted twice every year, once in an in-person-continuous mode, and the other time in a self-paced-remote-weekend mode.

The in-person-continuous, the Monsoon Course on HCI is usually conducted in May and June for 16 days. 

In some years, the Monsoon Course on HCI is also conducted in a self-paced-remote-weekend mode. In this mode, the course is conducted over 11 weekends, usually between October and March. In this mode, the first 11 weeks are remote (online), while the last weekend is in-person in the IIT Bombay campus. 

IDC also organises other courses (e.g. research methods in HCI) and other events (such as symposia or conferences) that may interest interaction designers, user interface designers, user experience designers etc.
