2019-2020 Master Scholarship Application
Purpose: The purpose of the Master Scholarship Application is to provide BSMCON students with a single application for which a wide array of internal and external Scholarships offered by Bon Secours Richmond Health Care Foundation may be applied for simultaneously. Scholarships are awarded based on donor restrictions and eligibility requirements such as: academic achievement (merit), financial need, community commitment, grade-level, and enrollment status. Information submitted in the Master Scholarship Application is verified and utilized by the BSMCON Financial Aid Office for awarding Scholarships.
Applicant Requirements: The Master Scholarship Application is restricted to students who are in Good Academic Standing and meet all Satisfactory Academic Progress (“SAP”) requirements as further defined in BSMCON policy ADM 2.06. In addition, students must have submitted the academic year 2019-2020 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) no later than the Master Scholarship Application deadline.
Deadline: The Master Scholarship Application is required to be submitted electronically through Google Forms no later than 11:59 pm Friday, March 29, 2019 to be considered for an academic year 2019-2020 Scholarship.
Acknowledgement: By signing and submitting the Master Scholarship Application, I affirm that information contained in this application is complete, true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that providing false or misleading information may result in the withdrawal of any potential Scholarship award. Should I receive a Scholarship, I authorize the release of information contained on this application and all supporting documents, as required. I acknowledge that I meet all Applicant Requirements, as stated above, and I will be considered for all Scholarships that I meet eligibility criteria for. I acknowledge that the use of Scholarship funds is limited to Cost of Attendance, as published. I understand that I may cancel or reduce the amount of my Scholarship by notifying the Financial Aid Office within 14 calendar days of disbursement to my student account. In the event that I drop or withdraw from a course/all courses, or permanently, I acknowledge that I am responsible for informing the Financial Aid Office of such within 14 calendar days.
