Columbia High School: Spring 2021 Schedule Change Request (Deadline: 01/22/2021)
Schedule changes will be honored for the following reasons:

1. Student is missing a class
2. Student has already taken and passed the course listed
3. Student has not met the prerequisites for the course listed
4. Senior needs a specific class in order to graduate
5. Student schedule is unbalanced (empty block)
6. Student is not scheduled in accelerated or AP course as requested

Schedule changes will not be honored for the following reasons:

1. Student changed their mind about taking a course
2. Student request a specific teacher, block, semester, etc.
3. Student request to drop an AP course (Only approved by Dr. Davis-Principal)
