I understand that there is an in-house livestream broadcast and media team who will be on the course at various locations, and that they have priority access. They will do their best to ensure you can also get your shot, but please be respectful of everyone around you, including the runners and volunteers.  *
Drone usage: I understand that much of the course takes place on USFS land, and it is my responsibility to acquire all drone permits and abide by all FAA rules and regulations. *
I understand that it is my responsibility to read the runners manual and abide by all race rules. I understand that if I break any of those rules that my runner might be penalized or disqualified, at the sole discretion of race management. I understand that our race permits rely on all participants in The MAMMOTH abiding by these rules. In particular, following Leave No Trace principles and not parking on any vegetation while on The MAMMOTH course is of the utmost importance, and media must not park or leave vehicles in a way that jeopardizes our permits. I also understand that in no way may media offer assistance, pacing, crewing, or muling outside of aid stations that could in any way give my runner an advantage on the course. If you wish to pace your runner for a specific section of the course that is longer than 1 mile in length, please email themammoth@mammothtrailfest.com to confirm.
